Otherwise, provide some basic information to help the parade organization with the many administrative tasks associated with producing the Parade by completing the Participant Information form. The following is available to you on this website:

1. An interactive form that can be completed and submitted directly from this website. Simply enter the information and click on the “submit” button when you have finished. Please click on this text to go there.

2. A Participant Information form you can download and print (the smallest size file) can be accessed by clicking on this text. Please click on this text to go there.

3. A Complete Package including a Participant Information form, the Rules & Procedures, and Maps of the Route and Assembly Area is available by clicking on this text. Please click on this text to go there.

Please try to provide us with all the information we request. If you have questions, call Joseph Shumard at (703) 549-7662 or send a message via GWParade@gmail.com. The requirement of maintaining security for the Parade necessitates that we have complete and accurate information about every Unit (see the Section on Parade Security for more information).

Once your Parade Information is received, it will be reviewed by the Parade Organization. You will be notified that your Parade Unit has been accepted with 48 hours of on-line submission and within ten (10) days of receipt if your submission was made via fax, mail, or other form of delivery.

After you have received notice that your Parade Unit has been accepted, you may verify Your Registration by going to the Registered Units section of this website where units with completed parade registrations will be listed in alphabetical order. On February 5, 2008, the March Order will be posted for the first time and you will also be able to view the Division and Parade Order information for your unit.

If you need to change previously-submitted information, please use the on-line form or send an e-mail message to GWParade@gmail.com or fax to (703) 991-4474 (and make sure to include your unit name and your e-mail address on all communications!).
